Eat Micro will utilize a mix that is ready to consume in 14 days.
The “Eat Micro” Multi Container Grow System
The “Eat Micro” grow system will provide the grower the ability to manage 1,000 grow containers with relative ease. The grower will load the system with fresh containers and then add seed. The system will water the micro green containers daily. There will be a 10 minute soaking period before the system rotates the containers to an optimal angle for drainage. The containers remain at this angle to allow for air flow until the next soaking period. Containers remain in their loaded row from seed to harvest. Freshly sanitized containers are loaded in an empty row immediately after harvest and the cycle continues. Rows are cycled on optimal rotations relative to the seed mix growth.
“Eat Micro” Salad Mix
The mix incorporates the following varieties: Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula, and Red Cabbage.
Grow System
The “Eat Micro” grow systems “interconnecting” panels will be produced in 10 row x 10 column sections. Sections will be able to connect to support interconnected rotation and interconnected watering routes. The wall panels can be connected in 1-10 continuous sections. Panel sections can be offset and repeated.
1000 Container
Grow System
The “1000 container” grow system will support the harvest of 300 8oz containers per week. Assuming individuals eat 4oz micro-salads, 100 individuals can consume 6 salads per week with this system. The system will require a water hook up and adequate sunlight. 1-2 individuals will be required to clean incoming containers, reseed and reload new containers, and harvest and seal outgoing containers. The 1000 container system requires a minimum of 320 sqft.
